ATTENTION PARENT(S)/GUARDIAN(S):

Alltran Services Corp. strives to provide the safest transportation program possible to our riders. Inservice meetings, yearly criminal and driving background checks, quarterly alcohol and drug testing, safety director driver ride alongs, GPS and radar gun monitoring are among the many tools available to us to help keep our drivers on the cutting edge of safety and technology. In an effort to make this effort even better we are asking you to help by providing important information to us.

Medical action plans, available from the school nurses, help our drivers react to peanut allergies, diabetic needs, and seizures, to name a few.

In addition to medical concerns, special instructions for student pickup or dropoff serve to help us provide safe and consistent transportation.
For example, if somebody needs to be present at the bus stop before a student is allowed to be dropped off, please make that information available to us. Your regular driver may recognize a pattern of behavior at a bus stop that a substitute driver may not be aware of. By providing Alltran this valuable information backup maps and drivers can be updated as well as the regular scheduled driver.

You can submit this information through the "contact us" section on the website, by telephone at 262-242-4900, or, by fax at 262-242-1011.

AllTran Services is a private contractor, serving the Mequon-Thiensville School District exclusively, for over 45 years. The terminal manager oversees over 60 full and part-time drivers, an office staff and safety director, as well as a full service repair and maintenance facility. It takes 48 vehicles to serve the various needs of over 4,000 local students.

AllTran Services' primary concern is the safety and well being of the students that we transport. Students are considered to be under the control and authority of the school district when riding the bus, and are expected to obey the rules of conduct established by the district. Violations of these rules may lead to the loss of bus riding privileges.
